Greg Engel, Partner
Greg Engel has more than 30 years of experience developing advertising, marketing communications and promotional programs for clients in banking, health care, utilities, industry and other areas. He has been a partner in Erie area ad agencies for more than 20 years. Greg received the Erie Advertising Club's Ad Person of the Year Award in 1985 and the club's George Mead Award for distinguished career performance in 1999. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Cleveland State University.

Nancy O'Neill, Partner
Nancy O'Neill has worked in advertising and public relations, serving both consumer and business-to-business clients, for more than 25 years. She has a strong background in health care, economic development and industrial communications. In 2001, Nancy was honored as Ad Person of the Year by the Erie Advertising Club. She earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Dana Pontillo, Account Executive/Writer
Dana has nearly 15 years of writing, communications and public relations experience. She has a strong background in business writing, with a concentration writing various manufacturing-related communications. She earned a bachelor's degree in English/writing from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.

Kristin Kile, Account Executive
Kristin Kile is a 2006 magna cum laude graduate from Wilkes University where she received a bachelor’s degree in communication studies with concentrations in journalism and public relations, as well as a minor in business administration. At Engel O’Neill, Kristin serves as an Account Executive for consumer, business-to-business, and industrial accounts.

Gloria Fulgenzio, Media Director
Gloria Fulgenzio is a veteran media buyer. She has developed successful media programs for dozens of clients of agencies in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Gloria has experience buying media in markets ranging from Erie and Columbus to Chicago and Detroit. She received her bachelor's degree in communications from Gannon University.

Sue Lucas, Media Director
Sue Lucas is one of the most knowledgeable, experienced media planners and buyers in northwestern Pennsylvania. She has placed television, radio, print and outdoor advertising buys throughout Pennsylvania and northeastern Ohio for retail, business and health care clients. Sue holds an MBA from LaSalle University in Philadelphia.

Ahmet Hulusi Hamamcioglu, Senior Art Director
Previously an art director for an international advertising agency, RSCG, Ahmet Hulusi Hamamcioglu has experience in advertising, graphic design and photography. He has done work for such companies as Pfizer, Mitsubishi and Philips. Ahmet graduated from Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey, with a bachelor's degree in graphic design.

Rachel Lusky, Art Director
A 2004 magna cum laude graduate of Mercyhurst College, Rachel holds a bachelor's degree of art with a concentration in graphic design. She has been with us since 2003 when she held internship position at Engel O'Neill. Rachel's skills include art, layout and logo design as well as project management. She also manages all our client's website updates and redesigns.

Janet Coyne, Art director
Janet is an award-winning designer and art director. She has over 20 years experience in every facet of print design. She holds a bachelor's degree in art with a graphic design emphasis from Mercyhurst College.

Julie Monaghan, Office Manager
Julie Monaghan has experience in office management and accounting. She has undergone training and certification in accounting and computer applications through the Erie County Technical School, Gannon University and the former Northwest Pennsylvania Technical Institute. Julie is the "voice" of Engel O'Neill.

Tim Rogala, Support Services
Tim Rogala handles assorted duties for the agency, including pick-up and delivery of materials for local clients. When he's not "running" for the agency, Tim is dancing—literally. In 2000, he performed at the Summer Olympics Games in Sydney, Australia, as a member of a local dance academy troupe.

Nathan Brewer, Art and Photography Build Book Support
Nathan Brewer is a graduate of the graphic design program of Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, New York. At Engel O'Neill, he develops designs for a range of agency clients. Nathan also manages electronic media projects such as websites, banner advertising and CDs undertaken for clients.
