Engel O'Neill is the largest-volume, most experienced media buyer in northwestern Pennsylvania. We research, plan, negotiate and place broadcast, print, outdoor and electronic media in a number of media markets. We're the only agency in the region to use a software system known as SmartPlus to plan and make media purchases. Working with SmartPlus is a requirement of buying media for national clients in fast food and other industries.
